"The night tour offered by Zealandia is just magic. Its 10 minutes drive or a bus ride from the CBD and you are in another world. The tour began at twilight so we saw the day birds settling for the night. But as night fell we heard kiwi and morepork calls. We saw Tuatara - ancient reptiles which have been extinct on the mainland for over a hundred years. Glow worms shone through the foliage alongside the path and reflected off the water. A highlight was of course seeing a kiwi in the wild but just being in the forest in the peace and quiet of the night was truly magical." - ZEALANDIA By Night review by Julie, via Trip Advisor
