Call for nominations: Member Appointed Guardians

The Guardians provide a long term strategic perspective to the Trust’s activities. Julia Bracegirdle, a member appointed Guardian will retire at the AGM this year, having completed her term of office. Julia has indicated that she does not wish to offer herself for a further term. Accordingly, I now invite nominations for this vacancy.

More information is available below about the role of the Guardians, skill-set required and the nomination form.

Nominations for these positions will close at midnight on Wednesday 23rd September, 2020.

Further information about the candidates who have been nominated for the member appointed Guardian positions together with proxy forms will be circulated with the formal Notice of Meeting for the AGM after nominations close.
