We’ve created a book full of fun activities designed to help you and your whānau connect with te taiao/nature.

The booklet will be free to collect from the Visitor Centre from Friday 6th September or you can download a copy to print at home,

'Bountiful Ngahere’ is a visual ode to the vibrant flowers, fruits, and birds that adorn the ngahere: the forests of Te Māra a Tāne–Zealandia Ecosanctuary and the surrounding wilderness areas of Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington.

The school holidays are here, so bring your tamariki along to the sanctuary for a puppet show performance! Wonder and fun couples with important messages about the world around us in stories by String Bean Puppets.
