VISA Wellington On a Plate: Beleaf in a Greener Future

We are excited to announce that Rātā Cafe is participating in Wellington’s iconic Wellington on a Plate festival this year!

Our talented chefs have crafted a unique one-of-a-kind dish that truly sets Rātā Cafe apart in both taste and adventure. Our limited-edition vegan burger will feature homemade seared jackfruit with Thai basil, mesclun, charred pineapple, and housemade vegan mayonnaise innestled on a Dough Bakery gluten-free bun; complete, with kūmara fries, housemade vegan aioli and Manaaki condiments.
