On Sunday 27 May Zealandia will be taking part in Wellington Open Day.
Depending on the weather we might get quite busy so it’s best to come on foot or by bus – Route 3 is the most frequent but there are others.

Please note:
- Our preferred speed limit along Waiapu road is 20kmph.
- There may be marshalls assisting with parking so please be vigilant and follow instructions on the day. Thank you!
Parking
If you do bring your car there may be spaces at our main car park and at specified points along the approach (Waiapu Road). There are also 43 spaces at the Birdwood Street carpark – take the second left after the Karori tunnel instead of the first left which takes you to Zealandia (travelling north/uphill).
For an idea of parking limitations:
There will be room for 69 cars + 2 disability spaces at the main car parks, 39 spaces along Waiapu Road, 41 at the Birdwood car park and 21 opposite there, and 23 along Chaytor Street past the bus stop.
